All DUNGBEETLES are shipped from their birthplace in Melbourne, Australia. Orders of in-stock products are processed and shipped within 2 business days. We restock our inventory every 14 days, so if the colour you want is unavailable, you shouldn’t have to wait long. If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we’ll contact you by phone or email.

Australian orders are sent by Australia post. NZ & USA orders are sent by Stratrax. You’ll receive an email confirmation upon placing your order & again when your DUNGBEETLE is shipped, along with a link to track your shipment.
*If you aren’t at home for delivery, The delivery company will leave it at your home if it is appropriately secure OR leave a card for you to pick up from your nearest collection point.
